ANNUAL REPORT FY23 19 Liquidity and capital resources Nyrada ended the financial year with cash of $3,708,761 and anticipates receiving an Research and Development tax incentive refund of $1,309,407 for FY2023 following 30 June 2023, thus further boosting capital resources. Matters subsequent to the end of the financial year No matter or circumstance has arisen since 30 June 2023 that has significantly affected, or may significantly affect the Consolidated Entity's operations, the results of those operations, or the Consolidated Entity's state of affairs in future financial years. Environmental regulation The Consolidated Entity is not subject to any significant environmental regulation under Australian Commonwealth or State law.
